Born in Grasse, France, it is safe to say that Yanis Marshall has taken dancing to new heights. His incredible talent of dancing in heels has led him to his international fame. 

 

Yanis specialises in teaching street jazz, lyrical jazz, and cabaret in heels. He is well known for his outstanding, intricate and unique choreography created for many ever-popular diva anthems. Some of his most famous videos have been shared by artists such as Beyonce, Ariana Grande and Ciara. 

 

In 2014, Yanis, Arnaud Boursain and Mehdi Mamine as a group, placed as finalists in the eighth season of Britain’s Got Talent. Other career highlights include his appearance on France’s Dancing with the Stars as an artistic coach, and as a choreographer on Ukraine’s So You Think You Can Dance. Now, Yanis has been employed as the new choreographer for the Las Vegas Cirque du Soleil show, Zumanity. 

 

The internet greatly assisted in his exposure, and he’s currently teaching and performing internationally in countries such as Brazil, England, China, Argentina and the United States.  

 

To add another stop to his tour, Perth will be seeing Yanis Marshall on the 27th of January 2017, where he will be teaching a set of classes at the Vogue Performers dance studio. 

 

Yanis Marshall has become a huge inspiration to others through his dancing career. The talent, ambition and courage he possesses has reinvented a style which now further expresses freedom and strength. It will be a great pleasure to see him here this year.
